3D Archi Designer offers set-back verification, which is based on local zoning laws and regulations.
Multi-Zoning and Deregulation Measures
A large building, such as a commercial or multifamily residential building are sometimes constructed in a split zoned property. 3D Archi Designer can calculate the building coverage ratio and the floor area ratio even in that condition.
Deregulation measures apply in the case of conditions below.
- The land lot is adjacent to a street which is 12m width or wider.
- The land lot is under set-back deregulation.
- Two of the land lot lines are adjacent to streets which is at least 2m width.
- The land lot elevation different from the elevation of a adjacent land or street.
