A hotel building built in the site formally the Osaka Shin Kabukiza theater, designed by Togo Murano, was located. This is a nineteen-story building with a basement. The facade of the lower part of the building is reproduced of the former Osaka Shin Kabukiza Theater. Designed by architect Kengo Kuma and Kajima Construction Co., Ltd.
