The Daiwa Ubiquitous Computing Research Building

An education and research facility in the field of ubiquitous computing of the University of Tokyo. Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. donate to build this facility. This is a three-stories building with a two-level basement. The exterior wall designed like a fish scale shape with cedar boards. Kengo Kuma teaches at the Graduate School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo. A popular cafe “Kuriyakashi Kurogi” is located on the first floor of the building.
